KŌRI
Tokyo Ice House

Are you 18 or older?

This store sells nicotine products. We verify age on every visit and again at your door.

本物 · The real thing

Anyone can print a Tokyo label.

The counterfeit problem in this category is real, and pretending otherwise would insult your intelligence. So instead of asking you to trust us, we made the whole thing checkable — before you hand over a rupee.

The seal stays on until you break it

Bottles leave our facility exactly as they arrive from the distributor: factory shrink-wrap intact, scratch-off verification panel untouched. We never open, decant or re-bottle anything. If a parcel reaches you with a broken seal, refuse it — that is not a bottle we sent out in that condition, and you owe nothing.

You verify before you pay, not after

Cash on delivery is the mechanism that makes this guarantee mean something. The rider waits. You scratch the panel, check the code against the manufacturer's verification page on your phone, and count the bottles. Only then does money change hands. A shop that requires prepayment is asking you to trust them; we are asking you to check us.

If a code fails, you keep the bottle and we pay you double

This is not a slogan, it is our returns policy. Send us a photo of the failed verification along with your order number and we refund twice what you paid for that bottle, and you keep it. We can offer that because it has never had to be paid out — and because a policy with real teeth is the only kind worth publishing.

Why ours cost less than the shop down the road

You will find these bottles at Rs 2,600 to Rs 3,200 across Pakistan. Ours are Rs 1,050 to Rs 1,250. The reason is boring: we import in volume and hold our own stock instead of buying through a local distributor who has already taken their margin, and we sell online rather than paying rent on a retail counter. Same bottle, same batch, shorter chain. If a price feels too good, check the code — that is exactly what it is there for.

We would rather lose a sale than a customer

Everything above costs us money. Double refunds cost money. Paying return postage on a leaking bottle costs money. Letting people refuse a parcel at the door costs money. We do it because someone who orders every month for two years is worth vastly more than one order we squeezed — and because in a market this full of fakes, being the boring, checkable option is the whole business.

Check it at your door. Pay only if it passes.
